To pay by purchase order, please register the attendees and email the purchase order to causlander@thecorydongroup.com  - invoices are emailed directly to the attendee at the email address they provided at registration.  

Regular registration closes on 11/1.  Late registration will be available for a higher price.  Registration will completely close on 11/8 by Close of Business.

Don't forget to book your hotel room NOW! A room block is being held until October 21, 2014.
